Let’s be honest: online shopping is not easy. We understand that you need to try an item to really see if it looks good on you. Here are our rules if you want to return an item and get a refund:
- Item(s) must be in original condition, with all tags attached.
- Hygiene seal must be remaining in place.
- Items must not be worn or have stains from make-up, sweat or other substance on them.
- Item must be returned within 30 days after purchase for a refund.
Please note: returns will ONLY be accepted when shipped. Returns delivered personally by customers to our return address will NOT be refunded!
How long does it take?
Once we've received your return item(s), we will process it within 14 business days. We are not responsible for lost return packages. We will not reply on emails about refunds before the 14 business days mark.
If you have received a damaged, please continue on our return form and you'll see the option for 'damaged item'. You will be able to add pictures, so please do. Will will contact you after. Please let us know within 48 hours after receiving the item(s). Faulty items do not include those that have already been worn.
Costs Of Return
Shipping costs for your return will not be covered by us. You will be able to pay via our return link.
We don't exchange products due to limited stock. Do you need another size? Please return the item, and order the right size.
Customs, duties and taxes.
All our international orders are shipped Delivery Duties Unpaid. Customs, duties and taxes are not included in our price or shipping costs. When placing an international order, you agree to pay any additional customs, duties or taxes. This also applies for returns from outside the EU. Please make sure you add 'return parcel' on the package so there are not extra costs when it gets delivered to us. We will not pay/be responsible for those packages.
